I'm very fond of make-up since I'm a professional make-up artist. I used MAC products with clients and recently got an exclusive contract with Shu Eumura for magazine photoshoots, but inspite of that, I don't limit myself with one product. I got interested with the website but it seems that it's not working properly. Is this normal? And can I also use other's credit card to purchase?

you may use the paypal option to purchase using credit cards.
you will be redirected to the paypal website where you can enter your credit card info and create a paypal password at the same time.
we are working on offering the option for our customers to purchase using their credit card directly on the website. you won't have to be redirected to paypal once this option is available.

in our estimate, this option should be available 1st week of january.
also..you may use other credit cards to purchase, as long as you have their permission of course. please note that the name and billing address of the credit card itself must match the name and address you enter on the paypal payment page. you will also need the security code of the credit card which is the three digit number at the back.
an interesting tidbit of information, we will open our Benefit Cosmetics brand also this january...
for those reading this who are not familiar with benefit cosmetics.... they are owned by the louis vuitton moet henessy group. americans go gaga over this product and incur an almost "cult" following. their best sellers include the famous Benetint, Some Kind-a Gorgeous foundation, a face primer and mattifier called Dr. Feelgood, a primer and brightener called That Gal, a mascara called Bad Gal, Posietint, Dandelion, and other one hit wonders.

in case nyone else is having trouble figuring out how to use your credit card to make a purchase from www.tameraonline.com (our sponsor),here's an easy step by step guide:
to use any credit card to purchase from the site:

1) click checkout
2) Fill up the information
3) Choose the paypal option (the options are check/money order & paypal)
4) On the confirm info page, select the shipping method you would like to use (standard, two day, next day, or pick up your order)
5) Click pay now. You will be redirected to the paypal website
6) On the left side you will see a logo for visa, mastercard, and american express, click the silver/gray “CONTINUE” button
7) Fill up the information and create a paypal password (please remember this password as you might use this again when you use paypal on any online purchase you make)
Easy! you have not only paid for the item but also created a paypal account for yourself

please note that the name and billing address of your credit card must match the name and address you enter in the paypal website.
if you do not have a credit card, you may purchase using bank wire transfers.
refer to tameraonline's FAQ page for details. here's a step by step guide.

Purchase using bank wire transfer:
1) click checkout (note the total amount you have to settle)
2) fill up the information
3) select the check/money order payment option
4) go to any BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) branch.
5) deposit the amount you need to pay using the day's dollar to peso conversion rate. this is usually displayed in all BPI branches. If it's not displayed, simply ask the teller "how much is the exchange rate for US dollar to Peso today?" and multiply that rate by your TameraOnline total. the deposit details are in listed in tameronline's FAQ page.
6) after you have made the deposit,simply send an email to customerservice@tameraonline.com with the date of your deposit. you may also send a text message to tameraonline's customer service mobile phone number.
