Vitamin B and Zinc are great for hair growth. A deficiency of B-vitamins can be a factor in hair loss.

Vitamin C - Improve the blood flow of the scalp thus promote healthier hair growth.

Hair are most important part of our life. It increase men and women personalty. There are many tips about hair care.
Drink lots of water
Eat healthy food
Sleep Well
Avoid junk food
Avoid alcohol, smoking
